Qolf can be used as a training aid in junior golf programs, and can help beginners learn the rules of golf while playing Qolf. The object of the game is to hit the ball through the Qolf frame arches with a minimum amount of strokes. Earn bonus points by hitting the ball through the Qolf frame hole. The round of Qolf takes only about 30 minutes to play, with up to four players.

The complete Qolf Game comes with three Qolf frames, 12 Qolf balls, Qolf zone rope, instruction manual and instructional DVD and score pads.
