TaylorMade's Burner 460, with it's SuperFast club technology, promotes a faster swing for added drive-crushing power! MOI stands for Moment of Inertia, and is calculated using a standardized formula set forth by the USGA. MOI generally relates to a clubhead's ability to resist twisting on off-center hits. The more the clubhead twists, the more ball speed is lost, and the shorter the shot. "Effective MOI" is TaylorMade's term for a driver's ability to reduce ball speed loss and promote distance on mis-hits by virtue of both the MOI of the head and the positive effects of Inverted Cone Technology.
