GolfDiscount.com’s Return Policy

GolfDiscount.com will refund the full purchase price on returns for all “NEW” equipment within 60 days of receipt, excluding shipping charges. Used equipment may be returned within 30 days of receipt and is subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee based off condition. Used equipment will be inspected, unsellable and/or damaged merchandise will not be accepted. Apparel must have all original factory tags attached to the garment to qualify for refund. GolfDiscount.com will not accept returns for custom/special order merchandise unless deemed defective and approved by the manufacturer. Carefully repackage all returns in the original or new box filling all void spaces with bubblewrap, styrofoam pellets or paper. Improper packaging can result in damage in turn resulting in a delay or rejection of a refund.


Golf Equipment Warranty

GolfDiscount.com provides you with a 30-Day “No Lemon Policy”. This policy states that in the event your merchandise is defective within the 1st 30 days of purchase we will have the merchandise picked up by FedEx (free of charge) and replaced via FedEx Ground Delivery (free of charge) at the earliest available date. In addition, you have the option to upgrade the replacement shipping service from FedEx Ground to a faster service of your choosing, additional shipping fees would apply. GolfDiscount.com must be able to verify the damage was caused by defect and not by misuse. This policy is limited to our domestic customers within the continental U.S. only; AK, HI, PR, VI & GU with shipping surcharge.

After the original 30 days has expired, you are responsible for shipping defective merchandise back to GolfDiscount.com. Once received at our warehouse, we will get in contact with the manufacturer to have them repair or replace the product. GolfDiscount.com will then pay to return the club to you via FedEx Ground delivery (free of charge). In addition, you have the option to upgrade the shipping service from FedEx Ground to a faster service of your choosing, additional shipping fees would apply. GolfDiscount.com must be able to verify the damage was caused by defect and not by misuse. This policy is extended to customers outside the continental U.S. although additional shipping charges will apply based off location.

GolfDiscount.com honors all original manufacturer warranties. This is typically a minimum of 1-2 years from the original date of purchase and varies by manufacturer and the product in question. Please contact us for specific manufacturer warranty information pertaining to your product. You may also visit the manufacturer’s website for warranty information. All warranties are handled by GolfDiscount.com for the manufacturer, we will work with the manufacturer to get the product repaired or replaced at their discretion and back into your hands as fast as possible.


International Orders

Due to our high international shipping costs, international customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred as a result of warranty work needed. This does not pertain to equipment damaged during shipping. All authorized dealers in your area should honor any warranty work needed.


Special Order Policy

Special orders can not typically be cancelled. If a special order needs to be cancelled please contact customer service at 800-394-4653 and/or by email at sales@golfdiscount.com GolfDiscount.com will then get in contact with the manufacturer to see if they are able to cancel the order in their system. Once submitted to the manufacturer, all cancellations are at the manufacturer's discretion. Special orders can not typically be returned for refund. That's what makes them special...they're made just for you. Please make sure you are committed to receiving your merchandise when special ordering. Returns on special orders are at the discretion of the manufacturer and GolfDiscount.com. A restocking fee of 20-50% can be assessed based on various factors including but not limited to condition, popularity and chance of future resale. Other special orders may be subject to other fees/conditions. GolfDiscount.com reserves the right to deny any return on special order items. Please call for complete details.
