Very dissapointed. I bought the bag thinking I was getting a quality product. I liked the revolving top, the clip loc feature and the pocket coolers. However the zippers began to fail within the first full season. I have a total of five zippers the are not working. Time for a new bag. It won't be a Bagboy.

The rubber top on my Dad's BagBoy Revolving Top (Revolver Pro) Golf Bag has completely fallen apart after only 1.5yrs. I contacted Bag Boy Customer Service to see if we could order a replacement for the rubber top only as everything else is still working and in great condition. Bag Boy advised that they do not sell parts for their bags and it is only covered under warranty for 1yr. The best they could do was offer to sell us a brand new bag at a discounted price. It's ridiculous that the rubber deteriorated to the point that it actually crumbles when you touch it....and even more ridiculous for Bag Boy to think we would be the slightest bit interested in purchasing another bag knowing the poor quality of their product. Will never purchase a BagBoy brand golf bag ever again and do not recommend to anybody else either.

No handles to lift the bag - The one handle that it has broke the second time used. The clubs hit the umbrella when you turn the revolver. The putter also hits the clubs when you turn the revolver
