- Once the order has been received by the manufacturer allow 5 to 7 business days (not including weekends and holidays) for the order to process. Then allow for delivery time based upon the following:
- UPS Ground -3 to 5 business days within the continental United States
- 2nd Day -2 business days
- Next Day -1 business day

The font is "Helvetica Bold" in an 8 point size. If you only use 1 line of personalization you can get up to 19 characters including punctuation and spaces, 2 lines you can only use 17 characters/spaces and if using all 3 lines you are limited to 12 characters per line.
