    A. We offer UPS Express Next Day Air, 2 Day Air, and 3 Day Air at the lowest possible rates, as well as Standard Ground and Economy options. Some rates will vary depending on the dimensional size and weight of the package as well as the shipping destination. Estimated shipping costs are provided at checkout.

    A. The processing time for our stock items on site will be 1-2 business days before your order ships.

  4. Q. How do I ship to a post office box, Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories or an APO/ FPO address?
    A. For orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska we offer 2 Day Air Express. Unfortunately, UPS does not ship to PO Box's so a physical address is required to process your order. We also want to support our troops but due to a large number of lost shipments on past orders we can no longer ship to APO locations. We recommend having items shipped to a home address and then forwarded to your military address accordingly.

  5. Q. When will I receive my order?
    A. The time frame for delivery will vary depending on your location. GolfDiscount.com ships from a warehouse in Seattle Washington. Typically, for orders going to the East Coast, delivery time is quoted at 5-6 business days.

    A. You can log in to your custom account (My Account) by using the link at the top of our homepage. There, you will find further resources on how to check on the status of your current order. Once an order has shipped from our facility you will be emailed a UPS Tracking numbers at the end of the business day. This will allow you to follow the Package in transit until it has delivered.

  7. Q. Can you leave the package at my door if no one is home?
    A. Yes, UPS can leave a package if no one is present at that destination at the time of delivery. The only time UPS will not leave the package at the front door is if they feel it is unsafe, or if the package has a “Direct Signature Required” request.

    A. You can submit an international order as normal. For first time customers, to ensure safety for all parties, we may ask that you scan or fax a copy of a billing statement for the credit card being used to help verify that we are dealing directly with the credit card holder. Once the statement has been verified we will remove any hold from your order and process it as standard.

    A. Yes, GolfDiscount.com provides you with our special 30-day "no lemon policy.” This policy states that in the event of your equipment being defective (within 30 days of purchase), we will have your equipment picked up by UPS (free of charge, [excluding international customers]) and replace your equipment for directly, rather than force you to wait for the warranty service. Your equipment will be returned by UPS ground shipping free of charge (international customers excluded). If you have altered your equipment in any way, it is not deemed defective and is exempt from this policy. After 30 days have expired, you are responsible for the shipping and handling fees for retuning your golf equipment to GolfDiscount.com for warranty service. Once returned, GolfDiscount.com will replace your equipment with a new product or have the equipment repaired in accordance with the golf manufacturer's warranty policy (please consult with us regarding specific manufacturer warranties). GolfDiscount.com will then ship your equipment to you UPS ground service free of charge (international customers excluded).

    A. If the club is still being produced by the manufacturer, we can usually custom order them to your specifications. An additional upcharge may apply to some shaft and grip models, but the manufacturers do not charge more for length or lie angle changes. All items purchased through the online website are only available in the standard specifications listed. For custom options, please contact customer service at 1-800-394-4653 and a representative can help you place your order with whatever specifications you may need.

  6. Q. Do you repair, or refurbish products?
    A. All items will be covered either by our own, or manufacturer warranty. If your product becomes defective within the first 30 days after it is received, we will send you a replacement and retrieve the product at no cost to you. After the 30 day period, it becomes subject to the manufacturer warranty (2 years on most products). Only damage that occurs under normal use is covered by warranty. For clubs, some dents or shafts broken in places that would not occur during normal play may not be covered by warranty. For warranty repair, simply send these items back to us and explain the defect. Make sure there is a note inside the box with the order name and/or item number.           I'm just a beginner, and I've been using some off brand clubs for a few years. I'm finally playing a lot more and last year I picked these up from golfdiscount and I couldn't be happier. I purchased the steel shaft, with the +1 as I'm a little taller. I'm not sure if it's the +1 or the fact that I'm improving my game, but I'm hitting at least 20yrds farther than with my old clubs. I highly recommend these clubs.

              tried out the 2.0/ nike pro combo/ adams idea and nike combo, I had my mind set on one of these four iron sets untill I walked past the R11s. I grabbed all five of the four irons from each set and set to the monitor at the store. 2.0= long and wide comfortible but not necessary, nike pro combo was everything I expected= excellent adams idea was like the 2.o with great crafting on the hybrids, nike combo was good , I grabbed the R11 purelly on looks and a shot in the dark, I took the nike pro combo and r11 to the course and both sets are I went 27 holes and shot a 41 w/ nike pro 42/ with R11 and I finished out the round using the r11 I like the feel I felt more comfortable with these irons. I am 30 yrs old with a 110 club speed solid 12 handi and I honestly did not go into the store looking to but the R11 I wanted the nike pro or the 2.0 but as it happened I walked out with the set that made me feel like I could hit the ball where I thought it should go. well hope it helps, nobody hits the same and you deffiently don't need the newest clubs to be better try a a lot of different sets and you will find your irons that will help you hit the ball more confidently.

                I am a 76 year old senior golfer. I have been playing golf for 45 yrs.I need clubs of Japanese specks with light shafts (40grams).In my early golfing days I could use the stiff ping clubs but not any more. Now r2 shafts are fine.Length of shafts normal or a quarter inch longer.Now I use more woods, (7,9,11,and 13). Can you suggest a set most suitable for me. Thank you.

                  A:

                  Your best bet would be to go get fit locally into U.S. specs to ensure proper fitting. Fairway woods these days only really go up to a 7-wood, at least within most brands. I would recommend testing the Taylor Made Burner 2.0 as they have the lightest weight graphite shafts available throughout the industry. You would then be able to order hybrids to replace the long irons as opposed to an 11-wood and/or 13-wood.                   The R-11 irons can be ordered with Project X Flighted Rifle shafts, the price would change to $959 for the 8-piece set. This includes the $20 per club up-charge for the shaft change. You can also have the lie adjusted at no extra charge. Custom orders will be shipping mid to late September, once stock orders have been fulfilled to all retailers they will begin custom production.                   The R11 irons are designed for all-around performance to fit the skills of a wide range of golfers. Generally, I'd say a handicap of around 25 is pushing it, but anything lower than that and the R11 Irons should work great.
