ZL stands for Zero Limits. That’s the mindset Cobra engineers had when they set out to design the longest driver in Cobra's history.

New for 2010, the new Cobra Zero Limit Driver has been engineered to maximize distance, forgiveness, and customization.

Designed with advanced multi-material construction, the carbon fiber crown and sole of the ZL combine with a titanium body and face to provide optimal CG, MOI and spin characteristics.

The sole of the club also includes a custom swing weight screw designed to optimize launch conditions depending on any particular shaft option.

The ZL features a milled rhombus face insert surrounded by a thin, highly engineered titanium perimeter area to help promote faster ball speeds for consistently long, straight drives, especially on off center hits.

Like many other drivers out on the market, the ZL comes equipped with what Cobra calls Adjustable Flight Technology. With simplicity in mind, Cobra has designed an adjustable head that can be changed to fit one of three launch settings. On the Neutral setting, the ZL sets up dead square, with internal weighting promoting a slight right-to-left ball flight. The Closed setting favors a more pronounced draw shot shape, and can also help faders straighten out their slice. When set to Open, the ZL promotes a left-to-right ball flight and counters a hook.

The ZL comes equipped with the tour-proven Aldila VooDoo shaft, designed to optimize launch and distance. And at address, the new traditional head shape of the ZL sets up very clean, in a shape that produces a solid sound and feel at impact.

A multi-purpose tool pouch holding the instruction guide and torque wrench comes included with the ZL, as well as a high quality, stylish head cover with magnetic closure. If you’re looking for a new driver that features cutting edge technology in a classic and traditional package, be sure and check out the new Cobra ZL.
