The Burner 460 has been the biggest selling driver to date for TaylorMade, and even today is preferred by over some of their newer offerings. With a bullet shape design, the 460 offers some of the highest 'MOI' a driver can legally have, with its center of gravity set low for optimal launch and spin.
Today I’m going to quickly review some of the characteristics and benefits of TaylorMade’s new Burner 460 titanium driver. With its sleek, bullet shaped design and low center of gravity, the Burner is engineered to launch your drives higher and longer than ever before. The head size of the Burner is 460cc. TaylorMade still incorporates their inverted cone technology behind the club face, which helps increase the driver’s moment of inertia. This means consistently straighter drives. Available in a standard set-up, draw bias for those with slicing issues off the tee, and a one-degree open tour preferred TP model, TaylorMade’s RE-AX 50 or 65 gram graphite shaft, fancy head cover – all this is reason enough to play the driver that will keep you in the fairway.
