Great club. Easy to hit. I can swing away for 80 yards instead of having to manufacturing a shot with a pitching wedge
Excellent choice
I'm a new golfer and was in need of a good short game club and the cleavland 56°cbx fit the bill nicely. Very versatile and extremely high quality.

Cleveland Cbx wedges 54 and 58
Much easier to hit than the tour style blade wedges. Great out sand and deep ruff.
CBX Wedge
These are great wedges. Very forgiving and easy to hit.
CBX wedges
I have been using Taylormade clubs for 3 years with a friends borrowed wedges. Decided I needed to upgrade my set and bought the CBX 54 and 58 degree to match my PW and 50 degree A wedge. From my first swing, the weight felt like a perfect match. On the course, I was not disappointed. Terrific feel and great touch around the green. I still have to work on dialing in the distances, but am enjoying the process as well as the one putts.

since the CBX wedges have a cavity back I expected a much larger footprint, however any bulk to this wedge is expertly hidden at address. In my hands it felt solid and I had no problem producing consistent ball flights on full swing shots.

Though, it was around the greens where the CBX really impressed. The V-shaped sole offered consistent turf interaction, no matter the lie or distance. I could put a forward press on the wedge or open the face and the sole kept the leading-edge flush to the ground.

Cleveland has always been the main player with wedges, but their latest innovations have stepped up their game immensely. I am a big fan of the re-imagined soles of the RTX wedges and the DG S400 Tour Issue shafts. The combination provides excellent feel and consistency on all types of shots and from all lie conditions. Better players are definitely going to find a lot of success with these in their golf bag.

The addition of a lineup of wedges for players with Game Improvement irons is a home run. If you struggle with shots around the greens or shy away from hitting from a tight lie, turn a weakness into a strength by checking out the CBX wedges. The added forgiveness and impressive styling will have your confidence soaring and pulling a wedge from your bag where you might otherwise instinctively putt through yards of fairway or fringe.
