Return Shipping Instructions
Review our Return Policy prior to sending back an item for return. If you have any questions, please contact customer service at 1-800-394-GOLF(4653).
- Items are in original packaging with tags/labels still attached
- Headcovers, wrench, weights and/or grip sensors are included
- Manuals and/or documentation are included
- Clothing/Accessories/Shoes/Bags are unused/show no sign of wear
- Packed in corrugated cardboard or wrapped in brown paper
- Old shipping labels are covered up or colored in with a felt pen
- The original invoice is included
- For exchanges: Include the original and new order numbers
Returning a Gift
If you would like to return a gift*, please select “Return Gift for Gift Card” as the “Reason for Return”. Include your name, address, email address where you would like the gift card to be sent, your phone number, and the original order number on the FedEx Return Label below.
If you do not have the original order number or have any questions, please call customer service at 1-800-394-4653.
WARNING: If you select any option other than “Return Gift for Gift Card” the funds will be deposited back onto the original form of payment or onto a gift card that will be sent to the email address listed on the original order.
*Trophy Golf Boxes are not eligible for return. If an item does not fit properly, please contact customer service at 1-800-394-4653 to set up an exchange for a different size.
Due to the temporary reduction of in-office personnel, our returns department will be experiencing delays processing your refund. Please allow an extra 5-7 business days for your return order to be completed.
