The new G30 Irons from PING come loaded with performance enhancing features that are designed to increase distance, accuracy, feel, and playability. With years of research and development finally ready for live play, the G30 is a better sounding, better feeling, and better overall performance iron.

New progressive lengths throughout the set, combined with stronger lofts in all irons, combine to fully maximize distance without sacrificing proper gapping or control. PING's patented undercut cavity and lowers the center of gravity in the iron for improved launch and increased forgiveness for higher and straighter shots. The G30's enhanced sole design and elastomer cavity badge improve turn interaction, ensures consistent trajectories and distance control, while also providing face support for pure, solid feel.

Fantastic service and value, so happy

i have the Ping G30 W, U, S, and L wedges (along with 7, 8, 9). originally i found a Ping Karsten U in reg flex. i loved it; but as i got better the reg flex was too flexy for me. so i ended up trying all the other Ping models and loved the G30 since it was identical to the Karsten. i ordered the irons and wedges 2 at a time in stiff flex new at the lowest prices ($75.00 USD). I must say that i hit every one of them straight and accurate. for all my hinge and holds i use the L. (35 - 60yds) for bunkers i use the L, because the S tends to hit the ball out too far if i'm right outside of the green. but i use the S for all my pitch & runs. (35yds and less) the full swing distances of the S, U, P are so accurate every time. For me these are the best wedges and irons i have ever owned.

Needed this gap wedge to fill in my G30 iron set. Obviously it looks and feels like the rest of my iron set.

P30 graphite Irons
Most forgiving, irons That I have ever swung. Perfect distance from iron to iron. No shock to hands and wrist from fat shots. Able to fly high naturally, but able to hit low shots a few yards farther and bite. Pitching with 8 or 7irons low runners have really lowered my scores. Last set I will buy probably. I bought a 4 hybrid P30 that I hit high but can hit it low runner as well. I want to buy the driver and 3 wood to match if price drops.

I recently bought a new set of Ping G30 irons from a chain store. I've never understood why manufacturers market a "complete set" of irons that does not include at least a sand wedge. So, I ordered the matching sand and lob wedges here. They had them in stock, and shipped them the same day! Nice. They arrived on the scheduled delivery day, and were packaged very well. Kudos to Golf Discount. Looking forward to using them this weekend.

I ordered a set of irons, with a matching sand wedge. The irons were in stock, but the wedge was on back order. Instead of shipping the irons now, and the wedge when it arrived, I had to wait 4-6 weeks for the entire shipment. I should have placed 2 separate orders.

Ping Wedge G30
I have been playing with Pings for quite a while and recently upgraded to Ping G30s. I purchased two wedges from Golf Discount for my set. the Sand wedge and the Lob Wedge. They both play exactly as I expected and help my short game tremendously. Ping makes great irons.
