Return Policy

At, our goal is to make sure that you have an amazing shopping experience...not just the best price anywhere, but the best service, too. If any of our policies are not consistent with our desire to provide you with the best service and value in golf, please let us know. will provide a full refund on unused items within 30 days of delivery. Merchandise returned in used condition will have a minimum 10% restocking fee applied to the return. Refunds will be credited back onto the original form of payment. Any equipment (non golf clubs) that have been used will not be acceptable by for refund or exchange.

With clothing, shoes, and accessories please include the original packaging and tags with the return. Any clothing or shoes that have been worn outside, or for an extended time period (amount of time as such they do not look new) will not be able to accept these back for refund or exchange.

To make a return or exchange, simply indicate on the invoice provided that you would like to make a return or an exchange. If you would like an exchange, please include a description of the new item you would like to receive, and please box that up with the items you are sending back. Any non Ping product returns that are exchanged for Ping products will be charged shipping (Ping policy).

Custom products cannot be refunded or exchanged. This includes clubs that have been special ordered to customer specifications (different shaft model, length, etc.), or items such as golf bags and clothing that have been embroidered. Any custom products sent back to us will be returned to the customer.

A charge of $7.99 will be applied to refunds for this label, if you're exchanging your product you will not be charged the $7.99. Affix the label to the outside of the box (make sure and black out or remove any old shipping labels), drop it off at your most convenient Fedex location, and they will do the rest!

International customers are responsible for return shipping on new, used, and defective equipment.

Warranties strives to provide you with the best possible warranty and return policies in the business. All golf equipment purchased from is covered by the original manufacturer's warranty which is usually from 1-2 years from date of purchase. Please consult with us regarding a specific manufacturer's warranty policy.

No-Lemon Policy provides you with our special 30-day "no lemon policy". This policy states that in the event that your equipment is defective (within 30 days of purchase) we will have your equipment picked up by FedEx (free of charge, excludes International customers) and replace your equipment for you rather than make you wait for the warranty service. Your equipment will be returned by FedEx ground free of charge (International customers excluded). If you have altered your equipment in any way, it is not deemed defective and is exempt from this policy.

After 30 days have expired, you are responsible for the shipping and handling fees for returning your golf equipment to for warranty service. Once returned, will replace your equipment with a new product or have the equipment repaired in accordance with the golf manufacturer's warranty policy (please consult with us regarding specific manufacturer warranties). will then ship your equipment to you FedEx ground service free of charge (International customers excluded).
