Return Process

To initiate a return, customers in the United States can either generate and print out a FedEx return label on or return an item using their own shipping method.

International customers are responsible for shipping all returns back to

Online shopping isn't always an exact science, which is why we do not charge for return labels on exchanges.

Our improved, expedited exchange process is designed to ship the new item to you even before we receive the original item back.

To create an exchange, please place a new order for the item you would like BEFORE you create a return label for the original item. (Standard shipping rates apply on new orders)

The return label form will ask for both the original order number, as well as the new order number. In order to avoid an $10.99 charge on your refund, both order numbers must be entered.

Does a garment or pair of shoes not fit correctly? Is a product not exactly what you expected? No problem, we will provide an exchange or full refund on new/unused clothing, shoes, bags and accessories.

Stock Golf Clubs That Have NOT Been Hit

Stock (Non-custom) golf clubs that have not been hit and are still in new condition (original specs, including grip) may be returned within 30 days for an exchange or full refund. All components (headcover, wrench, grip sensors) must be included with your return.

To exchange or return an item for a refund, it must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Like New Condition - Unused/Show no sign of wear
  • In its original packaging, with tags, and all components and documentation included

30-day Satisfaction Guarantee**

Customers can try out their new clubs within the first 30 days of delivery. If not completely satisfied, customers may return the club(s) to us within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or full credit (in the form of a gift card) towards their next purchase.

Stock Golf Clubs That HAVE Been Hit

Stock (Non-Custom) golf clubs that have been hit are eligible to be returned under our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

Custom Golf Clubs

Custom clubs (hit or unhit) are subject to return under the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee policy. Customers may return custom clubs one time per calendar year per category (e.g. Driver, Fairway Wood, Iron Set)

** Any clubs (non-custom or custom) that are altered from their specifications at the time of purchase (including but not limited to: different shaft and adjusted lofts or lie angles) are not eligible for return.

Returns After 30-Days

Non-custom and custom golf clubs (regardless if they are hit or not) may be returned for an exchange or credit (in the form of a gift card), but are subject to a re-stocking fee of 20%.

We cannot guarantee an exchange or credit for products from orders placed outside of 90 days. Please contact customer service at 1-800-394-GOLF(4653) and we will do our best to accommodate your return.

Returns after 120 days will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

Shop Worn - Demo - Pre-Owned Clubs

Customers may return these items for an exchange or credit within 14 days of delivery; however, these clubs are subject to a mandatory restocking fee of 20%.

Personalized Items

Personalized items, including golf balls, golf bags, apparel and towels may not be returned.

Manufacturer Warranties

As an Authorized Retailer, all products sold on are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. If you have questions regarding a specific product, please contact customer service at 1-800-394-GOLF(4653).

Defective Merchandise

Our shippers inspect and verify every order that ships out, however sometimes a defective product reaches a customer. If your equipment is defective within 30 days of purchase, we will arrange for your equipment to be picked up by FedEx free of charge (excluding international customers).

In an effort to expedite the process, we will ship out a replacement to you free of charge instead of waiting on the warranty service using FedEx Ground.

After 30 days, will still take care of any manufacturer warranty services, however the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. Once a repair is completed or replacement issued, will ship the equipment to you on FedEx Ground free of charge.

Clubs that are determined to have been altered from their original specifications by the customer or outside agencies voids the manufacturer warranty and those items will not be covered under the defective merchandise policy.

If you receive an item in error, please call Customer Service at 1-800-394-4653. A representative will set up a return label and have the correct item shipped to you ASAP. reserves the right to refuse any return that does not fall within the above parameters or that shows excessive damage deemed to have been caused by actions outside the normal course of play. Missing components will result in a re-stocking fee of 20%.
