Golf Equipment Return Shipping Instructions

  • Carefully pack your return in the original package or a box and fill all void spaces with bubble wrap, styrofoam pellets or paper.
  • Custom Club orders, or clubs that are altered from the original manufacturer's specifications, do not qualify.
  • Clubs must be returned with the headcover if included with the original purchase in addition to any components (such as weights, wrenches, etc.) or they do not qualify.
  • Clubs returned with excessive wear or permanent damage (e.g. pop-up marks, dings, chips, etc.) do not qualify for Trade-in Program.
  • A full refund will be issued only for equipment returned in NEW CONDITION within 30 days. Any used clubs will be subject to our 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Policy, all other used golf gear is subject to our 30-day return policy.

International Returns: For returns from outside the continental US, does not handle shipping. You are responsible for choosing an international delivery service and paying any shipping cost and obtaining a tracking number.

A standard charge of $14.99 will be applied to refunds for using this label.

Oversize items* will incur a charge of $19.99 applied to refunds for using this label.

*Oversize items include: Package Sets, Bags, Travel Covers, Carts, & Hitting Mats

Affix the label to the outside of the box (make sure and blackout or remove any old shipping labels), drop it off at your most convenient FedEx location, and they will do the rest!
