Titleist DT Solo Golf Ball Expert Review

  • Being an absolute equipment junkie, I was approached by GolfDiscount.com to write reviews and share my findings with you. Having been chosen to write a number of Taylormade product reviews for GolfWRX.com I felt that this is an excellent opportunity to put my knowledge to use.

A two-piece softer, fast core, cover blend of two Surlyn ionomers, and a Spherically tiled 376 tetrahedral dimple design.

The DT Solo is a very, bright white, one of the brightest made.

The cover showed some small nicks and marks after some play. The DT Solo is not quite as durable as the NXT versions.

Again, I felt this ball has a softer feel to it, but not as soft as the NXT.

Who’s it for?

The DT Solo is for players that want a softer feel, longer distance with the driver and irons, and responsive short game performance.
