Jacob Bridgeman Storms Back to Win Inaugural Biltmore Championship

Jacob Bridgeman delivered a spectacular finish Sunday at The Cliffs at Walnut Cove, firing a career-best 10-under 61 to win the inaugural Biltmore Championship Asheville by two shots.

Bridgeman entered the final round five shots off the lead, but quickly erased the deficit with a bogey-free performance. He finished the tournament at 26-under par, shooting rounds of 66, 67, 64 and 61 for a four-day total of 258.

The 26-year-old South Carolina native finished two shots ahead of Ben James, who also posted a 61 on Sunday. Ricky Castillo and Neal Shipley shared third at -23.

The victory marks Bridgeman’s second PGA Tour title of the 2026 season. He previously captured the Genesis Invitational at Riviera earlier this year, establishing himself as one of the rising young players on the PGA Tour.

Bridgeman’s timing could hardly be better. The win comes just days before he is set to make his Presidents Cup debut for the United States, giving him another major boost heading into his first appearance in the event.
