GolfDiscount.com is proud to use FedEx, UPS and USPS as its preferred shipping vendors. We are excited to offer free ground shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States over $99. All shipment times are quoted in business days.

Express Shipments

We are also proud to offer 1-Day, 2-Day and 3-Day shipping at the lowest possible rates attainable. Rates vary depending on the dimensional weight and destination of the shipment. Please note express shipments do not move on weekends or holidays.

Hawaii and Alaska Shipments

Next Day and 2-Day Air rates are available for customers looking to have products shipped to Hawaii or Alaska.

Processing Times

All in stock orders will be processed and fulfilled within 1-2 business days. Drop Ship and Custom orders will be processed in 1-2 business, lead times for these products are listed on the product page and shipping times may vary.

PO Boxes and APO Shipments

GolfDiscount.com gladly ships to PO Boxes and APO addresses through USPS. Shipments that require services other than FedEx or UPS may require additional payment.

Online Shipping Information (Canada and International)

Orders shipped to Canada will be delivered by UPS International Express unless noted otherwise. The brokerage fee is waived, but customers are responsible for GST/PST taxes at delivery.

Because shipping rates to Canada are based on the value of the products being shipped, our shopping cart may not show accurate shipping charges. For specific shipping charges to your city, please call TOLL FREE 1-800-394-4653.

All international orders will be shipped via UPS International unless noted otherwise. Shipping rates are dependent upon the dimensional weight and destination of the shipment.

International Orders

GolfDiscount.com, a US corporation, ships to over 150 countries worldwide. All orders are shipped via UPS International, FedEx, or USPS when applicable. Customers are responsible for all duties, customs charges and taxes imposed by your local government. Please contact your local chamber of commerce for duty/customs charges for your particular country.

International shipments are unable to be rerouted, if an attempt is made to reroute the shipment or to pick up the package directly from the terminal, the package will immediately be shipped back to GolfDiscount.com and a credit for only the equipment purchased will be refunded.

Worldwide Shipping Information

If you do not find rates for your country listed during checkout, please contact us for a quote. Most International orders submitted to GolfDiscount.com are processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt. If the item is a drop ship product, and noted with a manufacturer shipping date range, your order will be processed and shipped at our earliest possible convenience typically within 3-7 business days. For Special Orders and merchandise that is back-ordered from the manufacturer, your equipment will be shipped once it is received.

The cost of shipping insurance for your purchase is included in the price that is quoted. Packages are protected 100% until the merchandise arrives and is signed for by you. Please contact your local chamber of commerce for duty/customs charges for your particular country.

Please note that we are only able to ship to the card holder's billing address. If you would like your order shipped to another address, additional verification may be requested by our shipping staff.

International Credit Card Order Verification Instructions

For international orders, we may need additional information to verify. If that occurs we will reach out and request the following information:

  1. Send us a copy of your credit card billing statement
    Use your most recent credit card billing statement (paper or e-statement).
    – Paper: take a clear photo.
    – Online: download the PDF.

  2. Before sending check the required details are visible
    The statement must clearly show:

    • Cardholder name

    • Billing address

    • Last four digits of the card used for this order

  3. Reply to email from support or contact us at sales@golfdiscount.com and attach
    Reply to this email and attach the statement file (PDF/JPG/PNG is fine).

Important:

  • Please do not send photos of your card—statement only.

  • The name and billing address must match the order. If they don’t, include a brief explanation
