California Transparency in Supply Chains Act Disclosure

This statement is provided by Pro Golf Discount, Inc. (“Golf Discount”) in connection with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act (SB 657). Although Golf Discount is not required by law to provide this disclosure, we believe in transparency and ethical business practices throughout our supply chain.

Golf Discount is a retailer of golf equipment, apparel, and accessories based in Washington State, serving customers throughout the United States, including California. While we are not a manufacturer and do not meet the revenue threshold under California Civil Code § 1714.43, we voluntarily share this statement to affirm our commitment to ethical sourcing and responsible business operations.

2. Assessment of Supply Chain Risks

Golf Discount sources products directly from reputable golf manufacturers and authorized distributors. We work with established partners that are globally recognized and adhere to fair labor, safety, and human rights standards. We do not currently conduct independent audits of supplier factories but rely on supplier compliance certifications, brand reputation, and long-standing relationships with major golf manufacturers and distributors.

3. Policies on Forced Labor and Human Trafficking

Golf Discount maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against human trafficking, forced labor, or slavery within our operations or among our suppliers. We expect our suppliers and partners to uphold these same values and to comply with all applicable labor, employment, and human rights laws.

4. Accountability and Training

Because Golf Discount operates primarily as a retailer, our direct control over manufacturing is limited. However, our team members involved in supplier relationships and product procurement are made aware of our ethical sourcing standards and are expected to report any concerns regarding violations of human rights or fair labor practices.
