International Orders

GolfDiscount.com, a US corporation, ships to over 150 countries worldwide. All orders are shipped via UPS International, FedEx, or USPS when applicable.

The following apply to ALL International shipments:

  • Customers are responsible for all duties, customs charges and taxes imposed
    by your local government. Please contact your local chamber of commerce
    for duty/customs charges for your particular country.
  • Additionally, If you choose not to pay the duties and taxes and have the
    package returned to us, you will forfeit the original shipping charge AND the
    return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • International shipments are unable to be rerouted, if an attempt is made to
    reroute the shipment or to pick up the package directly from the terminal, the
    package will immediately be shipped back to GolfDiscount.com and a credit
    for only the equipment purchased will be refunded.

International Order Shipping Rates

Orders to addresses outside the USA continental 48 states will be shipped via UPS
International, FedEx, or USPS, unless otherwise noted. For the most accurate shipping
quotes please add all the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and
proceed to checkout. Provide the accurate international shipping address and the
appropriate rates will generate.

International Returns, Exchanges and Warranties

Please note that for international orders, return and exchange shipping costs are the
SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. While we’re happy to assist with your
return, we’re unable to cover international shipping fees. If the product is damaged
during normal use and is covered under warranty, it is the customer’s responsibility to
ship the product back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Thank you for your
understanding!

Worldwide Shipping Information

If you do not find rates for your country listed during checkout, please contact us for a
quote. Most International orders submitted to GolfDiscount.com are processed and
shipped within 48 hours of receipt. If the item purchased is a drop ship or custom
product, and noted with a manufacturer shipping date range, your equipment will be
shipped to you from our main warehouse once we receive it from the manufacturer.

PO Boxes and APO Shipments: GolfDiscount.com gladly ships to PO Boxes and APO
addresses through USPS.

The cost of shipping insurance for your purchase is included in the price that is quoted.
Packages are protected 100% until the merchandise arrives and is signed for by you.
Please note that we are only able to ship to the card holder's billing address. If you
would like your order shipped to another address, additional verification may be
requested by our shipping staff.

International Credit Card Order Verification Instructions

For international orders, we may need additional information to verify. If that occurs we
will reach out and request the following information:

1. Send us a copy of your credit card billing statement

The statement must clearly show:

  • Cardholder name
  • Billing address
  • Last four digits of the card used for this order

2. Reply to email or send file to sales@golfdiscount.com  (PDF/JPG/PNG is fine).

Important:

  • Please do not send photos of your card—statement only.
  • The name and billing address must match the order. If they don’t, include a brief
    explanation.
