Clark Charges to CJ Cup Byron Nelson Victory with Final Round 60
Wyndham Clark delivered one of the best rounds of the PGA Tour season Sunday, firing an 11-under 60 to win the CJ Cup Byron Nelson at TPC Craig Ranch in Texas. Clark surged past Si Woo Kim and defending champion Scottie Scheffler to secure his first PGA Tour victory since 2024.
Starting the final round tied near the top of the leaderboard, Clark caught fire on the back nine with five birdies and an eagle, including a closing birdie on the 18th to cap off a stunning 60. He finished the tournament at 30-under par, three shots clear of Kim after one of the lowest closing rounds ever by a tournament winner.
With the win, Clark takes major momentum into the heart of the PGA Tour season and reminds the golf world why he remains one of the game’s most dangerous players when his putter heats up.
