Engineered with lightweight components and swingweights to help square the face at impact, the G430 HL SFT Fairway Wood is ideal for players who slice the ball and need maximum launch and forgiveness. New composite Carbonfly Wrap allows weight to be repositioned for higher and longer ball carries, while also generating a pleasing sound. A fixed tungsten backweight extends the perimeter weighting to ensure forgiveness. Loft is adjustable ±1.5° and lie up to 3° flat from standard using the 8-setting Trajectory Tuning 2.0 hosel.
The HL Fairway Woods feature the same technology as their G430 counterparts but are approximately 15% lighter – ideal for players with slower swing speeds. An ultralight shaft, lighter backweights, swingweights and grip are targeted for swing speeds under 75 mph.
Carbonfly Wrap
Lightweight, 8-layer composite crown covers the crown and wraps around the heel/toe sections of the skirt to save 10-grams of weight and lower the CG for more ball speed, less spin and higher MOI.
FaceWrap Technology
This high-strength maraging-steel face wraps into the sole and crown to increase flexing and generate faster ball speed with higher launch for greater distance.
